CNBC is reporting that the UK said there will be no European finance ministers meeting tomorrow. That’s why the market is dropping after being up. There will still be a summit meeting of European leaders but this is a curious development especially after no announcement Sunday after that meeting. Conflicting reports say that there seems to be good progress.
